Project Manager (Bank x 1/ Government x 1) 

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Monitor project progress against plan
• Manage the relationship with all project stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation

 Skills And Qualifications

• Degree or above preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• 10 years of IT experience or above with 5 years or above experience of project management in application implementation projects
• Good understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies preferred
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• PMP certification preferred
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred               

(Senior) Project Consultant / Business Analyst 

PMO Support / Project Officer /

Project Trainee

(with training, Fresh graduate welcome)    

Responsibilities  

• Handle user requirement collection, business analysis of various   application,
• Project Management task
• Liaise with business users on scope, testing plans
• Perform Quality Assurance and provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support of the application
• Prepare System Specification and user documentation writing up
• Proper training will be provided to the junior / fresh

Requirements  

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Either experience in project management /business analysis or PMO
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese 
• Fresh graduate or less experience also considered and proper training will be provided as Project Trainee
• More experience will consider as Senior Business Analyst / Project Specialist 
• Focus on UAT / Quality Assurance experience will be consider as UAT Officer
