As Team Player of the Team and Division to

• Coordinate and provide support for Firewall and network system
• System monitoring and ensure systems are secure and protected from breach or viruses
• Source and coordinate with vendors
• Source and coordinate with System Developers to develop System fit for Organization and/or educational centre level
• Responsible for technical support, enhancement and maintenance of current in-house system
• Provide hardware maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues and technical support to end-users
• Schedule and coordinate projects on cross-teams basis

Required Profile

• Diploma holder or above in Computer / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure and eager to new knowledge. (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Completion of recognised certifications may also be of value to a System Team member role. Some of these include:

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)

• Proficiency in MS Windows Server and application, SQL, MS Office and various commonly used PC hardware/software
• Excellent communication skills with proficient in Cantonese and English; proficient in Putonghua will be an added advantage
• Immediate available will be an advantage
