Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the NOC team and ensure they are able to handle emergency situation
- Assist in the development of network policies, procedures and standards
- Be knowledgeable of company network topology, routing, switching and security technologies
- Assist with implementation of new technologies as they become available
- Actively participate in vendor meetings
- Degree/Higher Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
- At least 5 years of related NOC/Data Centre Operation experience, of which minimum 3 years as supervisor level
- With good attitude and strong problem-solving skillset
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
