Responsibilities:

• Site Maintenance the ELV system including CCTV, Access Control, and other monitoring systems).
• Provide first-line support to users on hardware, software, and network problems
• Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance
• Work with hardware/software vendors to resolve relevant problems 

Requirements:

• Certificate or equivalent in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT/ Computer Science, or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Without relevant work experience is also accepted.
• On-the-job training will be provided. Experience in ELV systems (PABX, AV, CCTV, Access Control, or other Security systems) is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime and Night / Sat/ Sun/ Public Holiday Call Service which will be entitled to OT pay and special allowance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focused mindset
• HK Permanent Resident is required
