Job Accountabilities

• Responsible for the delivery of voice and video services to all local business units

• Manage the voice and video equipment plus relevant resources

• Provide 2nd level support for voice and video services to end users

• Assist the Network Engineer to support and maintain the local network infrastructure

• Deploy and maintain the new voice and video technologies and projects

Job Qualifications

• Operational experience in administration and troubleshooting of Avaya telephone system, NICE recording system, IVRS, CMS Environments and Polycom VC or related technologies

• Familiar with fundamental Cisco switches and routers administration, operation and troubleshooting

• Experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Management and Information Security is an advantage

• Professional training or certification on voice and video technologies, e.g. Avaya certification program, Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification

• Good knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN

• Basic knowledge of project management

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
