Job Description: 

•          Cooperate with the process owners in each department to prepare the necessary processes for the company’s projects and services according to the CMMI-DEV model, ISO9001:2015 and ISO20000:2018 and ISO 27001 standard and identify the potential risk of failures in the implementation
•          Conduct quality audit and follow up with the necessary corrections and corrective actions on service and product deliveries
•          Perform evaluation on the quality level of the vendors
•          Handle and track the customer complaints with the related teams
•          Monitor the performance measurements from teams to ensure the service delivery pledges and objectives are met
•          Provide training and support to related parties that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
•          Perform other tasks when assigned

Requirements:

•          University graduate or equivalent, preferably in fields of IT
•          At least 5 years’ experience in IT quality management
•          Holder of ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 lead auditor certificates preferably with CMMI-DEV appraisal experience
•          Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
•          Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
•          Excellent data collection, analysis skills and time management skills
•          Excellent communication and relationship building skill
•          Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and efficiently
•          Good team player
•          Excellent in both spoken & written English & Chinese (includes Mandarin)
•          Good computer skills e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
