Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st tier technical support to users in all IT aspects, including VIP support 
• Provide regular review and recommendations for IT services including digital workplace improvement plan 
• Evaluate various IT solutions in the market to provide technical advice and implementation plan to management
• Formulate the operation manuals, policies, and procedures to enhancement operation efficiency 
• Manage IT systems/services including O365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Avaya Phone system, Microsoft Teams
• Liaison with vendors and system integrators to manage projects implementation to meeting business requirements
• Handle system incidents, troubleshooting and resume services, including non-office hours support when necessary 
• Co-work with HQ group IT teams / vendors to perform other infrastructure and operation duties and project supports as assigned
• Perform administration & project management & other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years’ IT support / Infrastructure experience in sizable companies.
• Sound experience in supporting MS Windows and mobile devices (IOS & Android) 
• Strong in MS O365, Windows Server, AD and hybrid-cloud infrastructure support 
• Familiar with VC, IPT, Aruba Wi-Fi, VMWare, Veeam backup operations and MDM (Intune) solutions are bonus.
• Experience with IT Security hardening, ITSM operation and solutions will be an advantage 
• Knowledge in programming in VB script, Power Shell is an advantage
• Technical certification in Microsoft, Azure/AWS, Cisco and ITIL is an asset.
• Team leading & project management experience are advantages.
• Self-initiative, able to work independently and need to provide support in non-office hour when necessary
