Accounts and Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions:

• To handle full set of book ledgers and monthly financial reports
• Provide daily accounting duties and administrative & HR support to the company
• Performing general accounting duties such as AP & AR, prepare monthly payment, managing account records and report, monthly payment, data entry, filing, cost control, expenses claim…etc
• Providing general office administrative duties and clerical support on daily operations
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Diploma holder or higher in Accounting or replated discipline
• 2-3 years working experience in accounting and administration
• Knowledge in PC operations and familiar with MS Office
• Detail oriented, well organized and willing to learn
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good command of both English and Chinese writing
