Senior Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

-        Assist CFO to perform full set of accounting and oversee the finance operation of HK and offshore companies, including multi-company consolidated report, month end closing.

-        Have a full picture of business workflow and prepare ad-hoc reports.

-        Prepare documents and reports for the requirements of banks, compliance and due diligence .

-        Liaise with bankers for trade finance and bank facilities

-        Liaise with auditors and professional service providers

-        Lead a team of minimum 5 members

Requirements:

-        Degree holder in accounting/finance or equivalent qualification

-        Qualification in professional accounting body i.e. HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent preferrable

-        Minimum 5 years managerial working experience in trading company with own manufacturing facilities under a group of companies, preferably in textile industry

-        Sound experience in preparing consolidated statement and cash flow projection and in managing bank facilities for a group of companies.

-        Solid experience in supervising a team for accounting function of multi-company

-        Experience in assisting company’s M&A projects

-        Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure

-        Experience in audit firm and listed company as manager is preferable

-        Knowledge of ERP, Flex system is preferred

-        Strong communication skill to deal with different parties

-        Willing to travel to Singapore and South East Asia

-        Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

-        Immediately available
