Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the financial team on accounting and treasury functions;
• Responsible for preparing monthly group consolidated financial and management reports, and monthly group cashflow statement;
• Perform financial analysis on monthly/ quarterly/ annual closing for group consolidated financial and management reports;
• Responsible for preparing the annual budgeting, quarterly/ annual cash flow forecasting and tax filings;
• Responsible for preparing the interim/ annual report, and review financial statements, vouchers & accounting schedules;
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers and other professional parties; and
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience in any listed company;
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines;
• Familiar with Hong Kong listing rules, Hong Kong accounting standard, laws and taxation regulations, etc.;
• Proactive, problem-solving and strong team player, and being able to meet tight deadlines are essential attributes;
• Hands-on experience in consolidation, financial analysis and budgeting;
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
