Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and monthly closing process;
• Prepare statutory accounts, management reports and analysis;
• Handle HK tax filings;
• Handle budget and expense control, ensure transactions are executed in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
• Monitor fund transfer procedure and bank instructions;
• Handle full set of accounts and carry out day-to-day accounting duties;
• Prepare annual financial budget & forecasts;
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level;
• Strong in internal control implementation;
• Proficiency in MS Office and EAS Accounting System;
• A Property Management Company or parking lot management company work experience is preferred
• Must have the ability to write accounting policy.
• During the interview, please bring your own Chinese works (the budget and accounting policy)
• Out-going, independent, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure;
• Good communication skill, analyzing skill and problem solving skill;
• Mature, responsible and detail minded;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
