Job Description
• Handle full set of accounts, including preparation of the accounting vouchers, data input, monthly and year end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare the financial analysis reports
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecast and assist in annual budgeting
• Prepare monthly inter-companies / related parties transactions reconciliations
• Support finance team in the routine accounting and related duties
• Assist in monthly bank reconciliation for daily transactions
• Support the maintenance of bank accounts and KYC works
• Assist the teammates/superiors in various works
• Other ad-hoc assignments
• Higher diploma or above in accounting with at least three years of relevant working experience, preferably in the real estate / property industries
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Hardworking with strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Working experience in SAP and ERP system will be advantageous
• Good in PC operations including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word typing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
