Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Direct Report to Financial Controller
- Supervise daily accounting operations and prepare monthly and annual financial consolidation of the group and subsidiaries and reporting for the holding company
- Perform feasibility studies, market analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, deal negotiation and manage internal and external relationships
- Provide analysis in capital market and related issues
- Prepare the annual and interim report
- Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties
- Establish and maintain internal financial control disciplines and compliance, as well as ensure compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards and local regulatory requirements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, including multi-year and annual budget, cash flow forecast and performance analysis
- Assist in various Corporate Finance projects, including M&A and financing activities and perform feasibility studies, market analysis, due diligence and financial modeling
- Manage taxation and audit affairs
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business/ Accounting/ Finance
- HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum 5 years financial reporting and consolidation experience gained from a sizeable corporation of which at least 2 years in a supervisor role
- A good team player, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with listed company legislation, Hong Kong accounting and tax compliance issues and able to handle full set of management and financial accounts is MUST
- Experience in transaction support, M&A activities and accounting due diligence
- Knowledge and experience on PRC Tax and accounting regulations
- Proficiency in FlexAccount System is a plus
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
