Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts include bank reconciliation, AR/AP, GL and month end closing
• Handle daily accounting operations, including cash flow, reconciliation of order receipts, handling petty cash, daily sales, fund transfer, preparing payment, follow up receivable and debts collection
• Liaise with external auditor for the preparation of statutory financial reports
• Assisting input purchase order, maintaining stock record, preparing accounts schedule
• Contact with Shop staffs and Management to solve financial issues
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, major in Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in Retail industry
• Strong accounting concept, Independent, proactive, responsible and multi-tasked
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and POS System, MYOB is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English
• Able to work under a dynamic environment with strong emphasis on teamwork
