Responsibilities:

•         Supervise the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial accounting functions
•         Liaise with external parties like external auditors and bankers
•         Prepare Consolidation Financial Statements and all schedule 
•         Review company level closing
•         Month-end closing
•         SAP Reclassification (Sales)
•         Approve AP invoice (w/o PO) and general voucher
•         Application for card terminal service for new shops
•         Liaise with SAP Vendor for further enhancement
•         Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required 

Requirements:

•         Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
•         Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience in related positions with preferably listed companies
•         Strong financial and management reporting experience is a must
•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•         Strong leadership and supervisory skills
•         Good interpersonal & communication skills
•         Independent, attentive to details, organized, proactive and eager to learn
•         Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•         Strong accounts receivable and cash flow management
•         Experience on system implementation and subsequent upgrades
