The Department

Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.

We are now looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual to join its Planning and Analysis team to provide analytical support to business units.

The Job

You will:

• support the financial planning process, carry out business and financial review on a regular basis
• ensure the financial results of the business units are accurately reflected in the Club’s and / or the subsidiaries’ financial statements
• liaise and coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit of financial statements
• review and project cash flow position of the Club’s business units and projects
• work closely with stakeholders on annual budget and monthly forecast
• provide value-added analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• develop business models for management’s decision, and to facilitate financial performance monitoring
• identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
• support the implementation of internal control policies
• conduct contract review to ensure the compliance with internal policies and to protect the best interests of the Club
• support ad-hoc assignment

About You

You should have:

• a degree in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
• At least 5 years’ of work experience in relevant fields, with minimum 3 years of solid experience in management accounting, financial planning & analysis and / or financial modelling in a medium to large sized organizations
• Knowledge and experience of PRC company’s operation is a plus
• strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills
• ability to build rapport with internal customers
• proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is a plus
• good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager.
