Responsibilities :

• Perform daily operations of accounting functions;
• Handle day-to-day reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation;
• Responsible for full accounting services and support of the group and affiliated companies;
• Preparing financial and management accounts;
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules, tax computations, periodical forecast & annual budget report; and
• Participate in different ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
• 4 years or above relevant accounting experience;
• Proficient PC Skills and experience in Flex System would be an added advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; capable to communicate in Mandarin;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-initiative, efficiency & detail-minded;
• Responsible, ability to work independently, willing to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines; and
• Immediately available is preferable.
