Responsibilities

- Preparation of full sets of accounts and monthly consolidation report

- Liaise with SFC, banks, lawyers and various parties on daily operations and FRR reporting

- Preparation of monthly budget and forecast

- To conduct financial analysis and evaluation of projects and provide recommendations

- Oversee and report of daily cashflow to group management

- Supervision of junior accountant for general bookkeeping

- Assist in preparing circulars, announcements, board minutes and resolutions and assigned tasks

- Ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements

- Degree holder or above

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Big Four, licensed asset management company or listed company

- Manage to work under pressure with flexibility
