Job Description
Duties:
-perform daily accounting operations including vouchers, cheque payments, data / journal entries to SAP system
-carry out suppliers' statement reconciliation, month end and year end accounting reports and consolidation
-handle office expenses claims procedure, maintain filing and database systems
Requirement:
-Diploma in accountancy with LCCI higher level
-Self-motivated, Detail-minded with attention to accuracy and have a strong sense of responsibility
-Well organized, good team player, able to communicate to collaborate well with others
-At least 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing background (electronics field is an advantage)
-Well experience in outlook, practical experience in ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred)
-Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-Less experience will be considered as Senior Account clerk
-Immediate availability is highly preferred
