Responsibilities:

• To prepare consolidated group accounts & financial analysis
• Liaise with external auditors and overseas operating units
• Prepare operational and financial analysis to corporate and senior management
• To participate in automation of group financial reporting
• To perform other ad-hoc projects as required by top management
• Provide support to the work of company secretary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional accounting qualification (such as ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of work experience in the related field
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Chinese; good command in Mandarin preferred
• Good analytical & interpersonal skills; Self-motivated, good team spirit, able to work independently & under pressure
• Auditing experience in big 4 will be an advantage
• Experience in automation of group financial reporting will be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience maybe considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
