Our client is a Hong Kong Listed company specialised in manufacturing products with an extensive usage and business in commodity trading. We are seeking a CFO as the current CFO will be retired soon.

Description

• To be accountable of full finance functions including accounting, budgeting and forecasting, management reports, tax planning, auditing, and compliance
• Supervise a team size of 8 people in Hong Kong and other accounting related staffs located in the APAC region
• Formulating financial and operational strategies for the whole Group of Companies set risk and control systems to preserve the Company assets, results, and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements;
• To drive process efficiency and cost control projects
• Assist on different projects such as channel analysis, new projects launch
• Support various internal stakeholders in matters relating to internal controls, tax, and project implementations
• Handle Investor Relations duties

Profile

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• Must have Hong Kong Listed working experience with Market Capitalisation more than 10 billion
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and regulations
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with external vendors and different stakeholders
