Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounting team and local finance system;
• Oversee daily activities of the accounting department and perform periodic HFM reporting within company timelines and accuracy;
• Ensure all accounting processes align with local GAAP and fiscal accounting requirements;
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits, as needed;
• Reconcile sub-ledgers, intercompany accounts, bank, and other Balance sheet items;
• Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, satisfying their needs for information and explanations;
• Involve in the preparation of Business Plan & Market Plan, quarterly projections & monthly estimates;
• Supporting internal departments and management with necessary financial reports.

Requirements:

• University graduate with Certified Public Accountant qualification;
• At least 8 years of solid experience in the field of finance and accounting;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Officer including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• A proactive person with strong analytical and project management skills;
• Team player with a willing and enthusiastic approach.
• Experience in Axapta, Smart View, Hyperion Financial Management is an advantage. 
• Work experience in MNC is preferable.
