• Assist in building standard process documentation to cover the end-to-end reporting process
• Assist in documenting and tracking of system requirements to ensure that change requests go through the change management process.
• Assist in coordinating and managing master data maintenance across different teams for various modules of S4 HANA, SAP Group Reporting and HFM
• Maintain Group and operating chart of accounts and other master data and hierarchies
• Work closely with end users and management to assist in shaping system requirements. This individual will primarily interface with Project Management, Group Financial Control, Regional/ Country level finance teams, FP&A, IT and external consultants
• Critically challenge solutions and best practice processes proposed by external consultants
• Support data team and local team in mapping and migration of legacy system data to S4 HANA/ HFM
• Troubleshoot user issues such as data integrity, system operations, validation rules, user security, application functionality, and data loads
• Review and enhance training materials provided by external consultants
• Coordinate and conduct training to internal users together with a Superuser community
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting and/or an IT related discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Professional accounting designation (i.e. CPA, CA, etc.)
•  HFM or SAP certification is an advantage 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Driven and enthusiastic, with a strong sense of ownership to complete deliverables in a practical and pragmatic approach
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Sound knowledge in finance operation and understanding of finance, taxation and accounting principles
• Ability to converse between accounting and data management/ technical concepts
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to time-zone differences
• Solid hands-on experience with HFM or other finance systems implementation project (SAP, Cognos, Workday, etc)
• Prior experience of group financial reporting/ consolidation/ auditing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
• Experience in using Hyperion/ SAP S4 HANA/ SAC will definitely be advantage
• Strong English skills are mandatory for success in this role, Cantonese and/or Mandarin are considered bonuses
