Job Description
- Responsible for general accounting duties including journal entries, handling petty cash, preparing issue cheque, accounting vouchers, invoices, payments and filing
- Handle reimbursement of staff claims, handle month-end closing and related schedules for management reports independently
- Prepare month-end closing and supporting schedules
- Maintain fixed assets registers and the admin work for fixed asset management
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in accounting with a minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Member of recognized accounting bodies( HKISPA, ACA or equivalent) is preferred
- Familiar with " NAV" & "MYOB" is preferable
- Self-motivated, independent with strong sense of responsibility and with good interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is an advantage
