Job Description

To cope with business expansion, We are now looking for high caliber candidates to join our finance team:

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including preparation of invoices, vouchers, monthly reports, cash management and bank reconciliations, etc.
• Review accounting records of holding companies and certain subsidiaries   
• Assist in accounting system migration project
• Handle company secretarial duties
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.  

  Requirements: 

• University graduated preferable in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience preferably
• Experience in accounting system migration project is an advantage
• Working experience in handling company secretarial duties (prefer in-house exp.) is highly preferable
• Familiar in MS-Word and Excel such as V-lookup, Pivot table etc
• Attention to details, self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accountant or Senior Finance Officer
• Immediately available is preferred.
