Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle A/P & A/R transactions and maintain daily accounting
- Daily accounting operation and documentation works
- Bank transaction handling
- Data Entry for accounting documents
- Assist in annual audit for Hong Kong companies
- Assist ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- DSE/F.7 or above
- 1-2 years’ working experience
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage
- Strong PC skills & proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
