Responsibilities

To support Finance Director on project control not limited to Phase 3 Expansion project and coming projects in CAH from feasibility study, BCA preparation and execution. To handle project related reports such as ProRep, Investment status report and projection in monthly forecast and annual operating plan (budget).

• Prepare Phase 3 Expansion project related reports and coordinate with project team to manage Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) reporting including actual, forecast and budget

• Facilitate preparation of annual operating plan (budget) and forecast submission and monitoring of actual performance against plan
• Handle Purchase To Pay (PTP) process in procurement system to ensure procurement compliance and account booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments to evaluate the financial benefits of investment proposal (BCA) and support for management review
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business cases and evaluate business proposal, provide recommendations.
• Act as business partner to build strong and collaborative relationship with departments and provide support and recommendation
• Work closely with Compliance Team to ensure internal control compliance and CRISP requirements.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant is preferred but not a prerequisite
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in management accounting, financial accounting or cost management, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
• Customer oriented with presentation and communications skills
• Able to work independently in a fast paced work environment
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient PC skills
