The jobholder is one of the senior executives in the executive management team who is responsible for developing and driving the long-term & short-term strategic financial objectives. 

 Responsibilities

• Drive business effectiveness to deliver the business needs and to create the most value to the business
• Influence operational decision making and strategy through insightful analytics to drive the strategic planning process and to execute business transformation initiatives
• Drive innovative technology solutions in supporting of the business such as in relations of office automation, digital technology and business effectiveness enhancement  
• Understand, in depth, the market opportunity, strategy and business model of the organization and provides a unique perspective that looks across all departments
• Provide strategic recommendations to the top management on business opportunities, risk analysis as well as legal considerations
• Maintain good relationship with external business partners and stakeholders including but not limited to Banks, Consultants, Local Government and JV Partners to ensure we are in the best position to receive the first-hand market information and the best deal from the market
• Oversell all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions and all the financial activities within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with CPA/ACCA/CFA/CMA professional qualification, MBA holder is preferable 
• A minimum of 20 years’ relevant working experience in which 8 years at CFO level.  Relevant experience in property industry is definitely an advantage
• Strategic player with strong execution ability
• A visionary leadership style to create thriving organization that achieve long-term success
• Strong commercial sense and able to use this knowledge to provide an independent and constructive perspective to the operation team
• Good knowledge in financial & management analysis and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
• Independent, hands-on, result-oriented, self-motivated, good time management
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, written and verbal, including Putonghua
