• Responsible to account payable function, including but not limited to clients margin-out, vendor invoices, staff expense etc.
• Reconcile payment transactions to system reports, and post payment vouchers accordingly
• Monitor vendor payment analysis of accounts and prepare monthly payment report
• Support system implementation projects for Finance transformation and system upgrade
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, accounting or related discipline
• Student member (finalist) of HKICPA / ACCA or related discipline
• 5 years' solid experience in Financial Reporting and/or Account Payable function with track record in supporting system implementation projects is preferred
• Experience in overseas payment solutions, VAT and cross-border transfer pricing is highly preferred but not a must
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software such as FlexAccount and/or other AP system modules
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
