Job Duties:

• Responsible to daily accounting voucher posting including customer receipts, purchase orders and freight charges, etc.
• Follow up customer receivable collections,
• Support month end closing and prepare supporting schedules,
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
• 2-3 years experienced in accounting role in sizable companies
• Positive attitude, highly effective and work independent
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 ERP system
• Immediately available is highly preferred
