Job Responsibilities:
●Responsible for the monthly report of subsidiaries & consolidated Financial Statement.
●Prepare the Consolidated Financial statement in IFRS
●Monitor A/R ＆A/P and manage subordinates. 
●Prepare the yearly budget and forecast report for each quarter
●Prepare the monthly cash flow projection for group
●Monitor banking facilities and handle the periodical review/ annual audit of facilities by different bank.
●Liaison with Banker, External Auditor and IRD etc. 

Requirements
●Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
●More than 8 years' relevant working experience, including managerial level is a must.
* Knowledge of PRC account is essential
●With sound analytical mindset, initiative and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
●Proficiency in MS Excel, Words, Chinese Word Processing & PPT
● Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
●Good analytical skill and able to work independently
●Well knowledge of presentation and good communication and interpersonal skill
●Work base in Hong Kong office  with occasional travel to overseas might be required after COVID-19.
