(Long Term Contract)

Reporting to Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be act as main point contact for Finance Retail. S/he will be responsible for all finance area of Retail operations including inventory management, interface between POS and SAP, dealing with vendors for settlement. S/he will also prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and rolling forecast for the Park. Besides, s/he will assist in annual budgeting and year-end audit. S/he will also assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, CPA is preferred
• Minimum 5 years' working experience with exposure in retail or catering is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
• Good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate or short notice availability is highly preferred
