This role sits within the Liquid State label.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for general financial accounting tasks of Liquid State Limited to operate locally and internationally.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for general financial accounting duties;
• Handle General Ledger data, Account Receivable, Account Payable and Bank Reconciliation;
• Prepare bank payments;
• Assist on the month end closing and reporting;
• Assist the supervisor to provide timely and accurate financial reporting to meet internal and external requirements
• Undertake daily office routines such as proper filing;
• Perform any other accounting related duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• 2 years of accounting experience or above with basic accounting knowledge;
• Diploma holder or above in Accounting;
• Proficient in MS applications both in English and Chinese (including Excel & Word);
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Responsible, self-motivated, high integrity and good interpersonal skills;
• A team player;
• A high level of attention to details and highly organized;
• Self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic.
