Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily Accounts Payable operation duties including invoice registry, voucher, and intercompany settlements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
• Work closely / liaise with other departments on the issues related to accounting/operations and provide support if necessary.
• Assist in streamlining the accounting process and workflow to improve efficiency.
• Assist in financial closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules in timely manner.
• Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit and ad hoc assignments.

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
• Good problem solving and presentation skill
• Able to work independently
• Diligent and proactive
• Numerical sensitive with analytical mindset and meticulous attention to details
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior position
