Responsibilities:

• Handling price setting and checking;
• Handling deposit refund to customers and reconciliation of accounting schedules and accounting receivable breakdown of customers
• Adapt to changes and make suggestions on improvement of SAP functions
• Check and input data into accounting system
• Prepare journal vouchers and statements, and follow up with Sales departments/ customers
• Prepare account balance schedules and reconciliation
• Verify customer information for credit approval
• Handle deposit refund to customers
• Assist in outdoor field visits occasionally
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Provide administration support to Finance department

Requirements:

• HKCEE or HKDSE graduates or above with LCC Intermediate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferable with knowledge in Epicor and SAP system
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills, proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadline
