Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily billing duties, including accounts receivable & payable, cheque payments preparation and monthly consolidated financial statements
• Provide personal secretarial support and personal assistance to the Director
• Provide full spectrum of general office administration support to the Company
• Coordinate travel arrangements and all the logistics
• Perform data entry and filing
• Support to the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, C&B administration and staff relations events
• Take up ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the administrative field
• Well-versed in computer applications on MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good communication skills, analytical with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Pro-active, mature, well-organized and able to meet a tight deadline
