They are a premium Hong Kong brand . The group carries a wide variety of business lines including food and beverage, charity, etc. Their corporate finance team is looking for a systems analyst to manage the finance IT systems to ensure effective and efficient financial processing and management reporting.

Responsbilities
· Handle Financial Systems administration and work closely with IT team
· Write scripts (reports) in Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and in Oracle Discoverer.
· Evaluate technology and tools development to improve operation efficiency.
· Maintain security on the financial and management information systems in compliance with internal policies and control access permissions and privileges.
· Develop and maintain various system documents e.g. training materials, operating manual, and help desk procedures. Train other colleagues who assign reporting responsibilities (in Hyperion Planning or Financial BI).
· Manage Finance IT systems and leverage technology to ensure effective and efficient financial processing and management reporting.
· Assist in system enhancement project.

Requirements
· A degree in computer science, engineering, accounting or business
· Minimum of 4-5 years' work experience with at least 2 years' experience in using Oracle related tools (e.g. OBIEE, Oracle ERP, Hyperion Planning)
· Experience in the financial applications and processes associated with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion planning or Oracle BI) is preferred.
· Advance level in Excel and Access and ability to manipulate database query tools.
· Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and preferably Chinese.
Driven attitude and can manage organisational change.
