Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Finance Department to complete clerical work including but not limited to filing, printing & scanning 
  • Data entry and photocopying
  • Flexible working hour; between 9:00am – 5:30pm (Mon - Fri);
  • Working day: 3 - 4 days per week

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Knowledge in MS Office including Excel & Word
  • Immediately available is an advantage
