Handle AR & AP
Prepare AR report
Issue monthly statement
Prepare vouchers & input daily transactions to accounting system
Assist in prepare cashflow report
Maintain filing system & clerical work
Handle Admin work & ad-hoc task as required
Requirements:
Immediate available is highly preferred
DSE / Form 5 graduate or above with LCCI level 2
At least 1 years' relevant experience
No need OT
Good PC knowledge including excel, word, outlook and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
Detail-minded, independent & responsible
