Job Overview:
This person will be responsible for the bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and assist the financial manager on his duties.

Responsibilities:
* Handle daily accounting procedures of the company;
* Manage accounts receivable and payable;
* Assist on expenses and bank payment procedures;
* Other general office tasks as required;
* 4-5 working days per week (4 hours in the pm) at office in Mongkok

Essential Skills / Experience:
* Responsible, attention to details, good communication skills and team player;
* Business/accounting academic background preferred;
* At least 2-3 years accounting experience preferred;
* Advanced Excel skills: use of pivot tables, excel formulas (vlookup, sumif, etc.) preferred;
* Basic English and Mandarin preferred;
* Experiences with GTC accounting software a plus

* Hours:Mon- Fri 2-6pm
* Office Location: Mongkok
* $6,000-$8,000/month (negotiable) depending on experience
* Potential change to a full time accountant
