Our client is a HK prestigious Asset Management platform. They are expanding the Accounting team for an Accountant or Senior Accountant with client / inhouse full set accounting background working experience are welcome. 

The responsibilities include:

• Handle full set of accounts, invoice payments, staff expense claims and bank reconciliations, etc;
• Assist in preparing financial reports, tax and regulatory returns;
• Assist private fund operation procedure such as capital call, distribution, management fee, bank transactions and ad-hoc tasks (for responding to investors’ requests) as assigned;
• Assist and participate in the process of budget forecast;
•  Liaise with auditors to ensure smooth year end closing for group related entities;
• Provide general administration, company secretarial and compliance support;
• Responsible for accounting routine activities & duties including data entry, documents filing, cheque preparation;
• To work with Management for regular review and enhancement of accounting workflow;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects;

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA Qualified / CPA Student
• Experience in handling PE/venture capital fund is preferred
• Experience of working in license corporations, FRR reporting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
