Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of month-end closing and accounting consolidation
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operation and cashflow management
• Collect and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• Preparing GL reconciliations by verifying the accuracy of account balances with bank statements
• Prepare annual budget and financial report
• Coordinate and provide support in annual audit and tax filing
• Assist in the procurement process, and ensure all the processes are in line with the company policy

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA
• Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality industry
• Analytical mind and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to cope with changing and challenging
• Strong demonstrated the use of Microsoft Office and computerized accounting system
• Good in verbal and written communications
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and good at prioritizing
