Our client is a global conglomerate with one of their major business line focuses on Railway Solutions.  They are well established in Hong Kong and now expanding their finance team due to increasing business size.

Responsibilities:

•        Monitor, manage, and create reporting for overall project budget and cashflow
•        Ability to provide clear financial highlights to management during project review meeting
•        Understand the revenue recognition plan and billing plan for the different projects, manage through the lifecycle
•        Perform duties like overdue follow-up with project owners, cost control setup and comparison report on SAP systems/Excel, invoice reconciliation on customers and suppliers’ invoices, manage contract price adjustments, etc.  
•        Assist in company budgeting and forecasting
•        Assist in internal and external auditing
•        Coordinate with global and regional financial controllers

Requirements:

•        Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business related fields
•        Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS 15, CPA is a plus
•        Strong financial planning and analysis skills
•        Able to work independently, with strong motivation and proactiveness to acquire new knowledge
•        Team player spirit to collaborate with teammates and other business functions
•        Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SAP experience is a plus
•        Good in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin are plus
