Responsibilities:

• Assist month end closing of entities under the Group, prepare full set of account;
• Perform bank reconciliation of each entity;
• Assist treasury functions such as opening bank accounts, e-banking set up & maintenance, follow up the changing of authorized signers from time to time and arrange supporting documents & approval from authorized signers;
• Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and other relevant matters and arrange bank confirmations for audit purpose;
• Administrative support including filing and other supporting documents (e.g. Vouchers);
• Perform ad hoc duties projects and assignments.

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting with LCCI intermediate or above;
• Min 4 years’ relevant accounting experiences in financial accounting, management accounting or external audit
• Mature, detail-oriented and able to work independently;
• Open-minded, flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments;
• Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word with Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with Flex accounting system is a plus.
