Job Purpose:

• Formulate review and update of relevant compliance policies/procedures
• Provide advisory services to business/support units
• Perform regular compliance checking and monitoring

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance reviews to business / support units in their compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide advisory services to business / support units in the interpretation and implementation of compliance requirements
• Ensure relevant compliance policies and policies are updated according to current legislative, regulatory and business requirements
• Disseminate latest legal / regulatory requirements to relevant parties
• Provide cross-function support to AML team when required

Incumbent Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in account, finance, law or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements, insurance products and industry practices
• Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of Chinese and English (both spoken and written)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Compliance
