1. Handle full set of accounts and prepare month end and year end closing
2. Handle company transactions and monthly reconciliations
3. Handle annual audit, tax computation and tax filing (as request in Company Ordinance & Insurance Authority)
4. Manage insurers’ invoices and monitor company overheads expenses and sundry items
5. Co-ordinate with Sales and Administrative team's figures for daily financial duties
6. Prepare management reports, forecast and budget report
7. Prepare schedules and follow up outstanding items such as outstanding premium
8. System learning in General Insurance and Administrative Support in general clerical operation work
9. Assist to align with Insurance Authority’s requirements in relate to the routine duties (Compliance issued can be learnt)
10. Report to General Manager / Director in general and to setup an accounting work flow
11. Undertake other duties from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operation of the company

 Requirements:

• Ability in Full set of accounting is a MUST
• 3 years or up experience in Accounting / Audit / General Insurance industry, with experience in insurer/agents/brokers is more preferable
• Knowledge for numerical rationale of general insurance is more preferable but not necessary
• Clear mind in vouchers entry and detailed mind in figures input
• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in accountancy / finance or above; LCCI are welcomed
• Proficiency in PC Skills including MS-Word / Excel / PPT / Outlook and Chinese Word processing
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good life attitude
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to take up responsibility
• Applicant with Good Hobbies / interests in Sports are more welcomed
• It would be Great if you have your LinkedIn account available.
