Our Clients, a well-established electronic company in Hong Kong, is now looking for candidates to fit their post of Senior Accountant and Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversea daily operations of finance and admin. operation
• To perform all aspect of finance and accounting functions
• Provide financial performance review and report to management on monthly basic.
• Review internal invoicing control, office discipline, and accounting policies of finance and account operation
• Handle the processes and records of AR, AP and expenses reimbursement transactions
• Provide full spectrum of HR supports including recruitment activities, employment contract preparation, HR letters, compensation and benefits, payroll, MPF calculations, tax returns and employee handbooks for all staff
• Prepare cash flow forecast and cash flow management
• Stock assets management
• Prepare the bi-annual Board Meeting, convene and take minutes;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related degree, Masters preferred
• At Least 10 years related working experience with over 3 years as management Level
• Worked in international company experience is an advantage
• Proven record and knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices,
• Extensive corporate and personal tax experience
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases & computer ledger system
• Good command of English and Cantonese. Speaking Mandarin is an advantage.
