Job Description:

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Provide input into department’s goal setting process
• assist in financial statements preparation and produce budget according to schedule
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Handle month-end and year-end close process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP & IFRS
• Liaise with Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures

• Shipping Guarantees
• Bank charges recording and filing
• Factory invoices and Payments
• Staff expenses reimbursement
• Sample Invoices creation

• Sales invoice tracking and settlement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounts
• 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance position
• Experience in Hong Kong Taxation & Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Proven Experience in SAP
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Attention to details; Proactive and Can-do attitude
• More experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• Fresh graduate with positive attitude will also be considered
