Position Summary:

This position is to assist for all tasks in relation to accounts receivables and any other accounting function as assigned to.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Prepare & provide documentation necessary for customer to make payment.  Follow up with market for invoice settlement. 
• Reconcile, allocate and post all payments received in accounting system.
• Maintain daily cash receipt log
• Prepare and distribute AR statements on monthly basis and upon need
• Assist to carry out credit control activities.  Follow up for open orders under credit suspend on daily basis.  Hold / release orders in a timely manner upon management instruction / approval.
• Support other daily accounting duty like data entry, documentation and reports
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification:

• Higher Diploma with major in Accountancy or above
• A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in accounting software application
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
• Fast learner, independent, hardworking, detail-minded
• Team player, good interpersonal skills
