Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor all AR balance and contact clients for payment
- Run and analyse AR aging reports for Hong Kong office
- Constantly follow up with fee earners and clients on AR chasing
- Produce and provide weekly status update report
- Maintain and file all AR chasing records and correspondences
- Facilitate bill negotiations with responsible partners and acquire appropriate approval for reduced fees or write off arrangements
- Work closely with all fee earners/partners and other team members
- Perform analysis on application for retainer and unapplied cash balances for any existing AR balances form bill re-generation for any newly agreed fees
- Assist in any ad hoc discounted rate card panel pre-approval process
- Provide ebilling submission support
- Perform bill reprint when needed
- Previous experience in credit control functions would be advantageous
- A minimum of 4-5 years of exp
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is mandatory
